WHAT TO EXPECT
Tea or coffee before sunrise. Early game drive. Breakfast around 8:30. Myco session starts by no later than 10am. Light lunch, integration and discussion session. Evening game drive around 4pm. Dinner on return to camp, followed by talks and discussions around the campfire.

Before the retreat each participant will receive the recommended preparation instructions and study material.
We highly recommend doing as much work as possible before the retreat to establish the necessary conceptual understanding of the work. We share a one-month free trial of the App we use, this includes most of the theory and guided meditations you will need before and after the retreat. You will also have an online session with me to answer any questions, I will talk you through what to expect from the retreat.
