We require a 50% booking deposit to secure your retreat booking. The balance is payable one month before the retreat date. 

Your booking is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least one month before the retreat date. 

Additionally, your retreat will be fully refunded if cancelled at short notice should we be able to fill your spot from the waiting list.
